Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. We ship through Canada Post and shipping times are approximately 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Any fees incurred by customs (duties, taxes, etc.) is the responsibility of the customer. You will receive an email notification that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
In rare cases, international shipping can take up to 3 weeks as customs departments have the right to hold your items. We do not have any control over this and we will not pay to have any items released from customs to you.
returns + exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Please submit all concerns via our contact form and we will work hard to ensure your satisfaction.
Please keep in mind that all of our products are made in small batches by hand and may have minor variations.
Damaged goods are dealt with on a case by case basis.
Please inspect your product upon delivery for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If you find that your product has been damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our contact form. Include your full name, contact info, order number, a description of the damage and a photo of the shipping box and damaged item. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note, you will be issued a return shipping label and required to mail the product back to us. Damaged products cannot be replaced with a different product, we will send the same product to replace the damaged item.
We apologize for any errors made on our end and accept all responsibility for shipment of the wrong product. Please inspect your product upon delivery to confirm that the correct item has been shipped to you.

Please provide your full name, contact info, your order number and the name of the product sent to you in error so that we can resolve the issue and replace your product as quickly as possible.
